The Liquid Metallics Collection has a unique ultra fine glittery & metallic formula. These shades work best with a tacky eyeshadow primer to get more of a metallic effect.
How To Use:
Use with fingers or a small synthetic flat brush. For optimal wear & color pay off, use a sticky base/primer or a glitter glue before applying the pressed pigment.
